Feel Your Force

Upper Body

Focus on building muscle and increasing your upper body strength in our FORCE Upper Body class. Think shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, traps and lats. This class takes place on our Upper Gym Floor.

Lower Body

Maximise your capacity to build muscle in our FORCE lower body workout. Think all sorts of hip thrusts, squat and deadlift variations to work your quads, glutes, hamstrings and more. This class takes place on our Lower Gym Floor.

Full Body Focus

You will work a range of different muscles in this fully body focussed session. This session is held upstairs on the upper gym floor. The aim of these sessions is to learn how to weight train, get stronger and track progress. The sessions are aimed at everyone, from complete beginners to experienced lifters.

About Force

Do you want to build both your strength and your confidence on the gym floor?

Our FORCE classes are designed for just this purpose! Taking place in small groups, expect to learn how to correctly squat, deadlift and weight train in ways that will maximise your capacity to build muscle and eliminate risk of injury.

We have three types of FORCE classes running every week. Choose from: Upper Body, Lower Body and Full Body Focus sessions. All our FORCE classes focus on building muscle, increasing strength and improving form. The small group size means you'll have loads of opportunity for 1-2-1 time with the trainers, allowing you to get the most out of your workout.

There are tons of benefits to strength training, including enabling you to increase strength in your daily activities, improving overall bone health, decreasing risk of injury due to increased strength and assisting in the reduction of body fat. Get involved in FORCE and you'll soon experience the benefits of feeling stronger and leaner!
