Our FORCE classes are designed for just this purpose! Taking place in small groups, expect to learn how to correctly squat, deadlift and weight train in ways that will maximise your capacity to build muscle and eliminate risk of injury.
We have three types of FORCE classes running every week. Choose from: Upper Body, Lower Body and Full Body Focus sessions. All our FORCE classes focus on building muscle, increasing strength and improving form. The small group size means you'll have loads of opportunity for 1-2-1 time with the trainers, allowing you to get the most out of your workout.
There are tons of benefits to strength training, including enabling you to increase strength in your daily activities, improving overall bone health, decreasing risk of injury due to increased strength and assisting in the reduction of body fat.
